LiveWell Endocrinology will follow the direct care medicine model which allows the practice to run without the involvement of third-party insurance companies. We believe this approach will offer our patients a vastly superior experience.

Visits and services will be cash pay; however, we will submit claims directly to insurance providers for out-of-network reimbursement. Please reach out to our office and we can help provide an estimate of costs. You can also submit your information to us so we can help verify your benefits through Reimbursify.

Payment is required in full at the time of service. Lab tests, imaging studies, and medication prescriptions will still be processed through insurance.

Please note that we do not work with any federal or state-funded third-party payors. Therefore, no reimbursements for our services will be provided by governmental third-party payors.

Nutritionist

At LiveWell Endocrinology, we work with nutritionists who can work with you to create meal plans and assist with grocery shopping.

Cancellation and re-scheduling policy

At LiveWell Endocrinology, we greatly value our time and respectfully request that our patients do the same.
